Ashley Beasley was born and raised in the River Valley. A graduate of Southside High School, she has lived in Fort Smith, Arkansas for her entire life and there is rarely a person she does not know. She eventually went on to attend the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and graduated with a degree in Organizational Leadership in 2010. It was after receiving her degree that she went to work for a home builder. This experience became an invaluable asset in her real estate career, which she began in 2014. Ashley’s time working in the building sector brought with it insight and the ability to bridge the knowledge gap between often inexperienced home buyers and the companies building and selling those homes. As a real estate agent who was made here, Ashley brings a unique perspective for anyone buying or selling a home in the River Valley.

Beyond real estate, Ashley is a dedicated wife and mother. A family of five, Ashley and her husband, Brian, love spending time together with their three children enjoying all of the unique experiences the River Valley has to offer. • Leyna Morgan

When you’re looking for an agent to help you find that perfect place to call home, look no further than Leyna Morgan. Born and raised in the River Valley, she has recently returned to real estate, holding her license in Arkansas and Oklahoma. With experience in both new construction and remodels, she is adept at maximizing the potential of your budget.

After graduating high school, Leyna went to work for an appraiser. This job, her very first, taught her about the valuation of homes in the River Valley and provided a window into the real estate process once a contract is accepted. She obtained her license in 2012, and soon after, began working as a community sales manager in new construction and an agent in the secondary market. Life opened new doors for Leyna to earn an Associate of Applied Science, and she has spent the last seven years serving as a certified occupational therapy assistant. After building two homes with her husband and remodeling another, her appetite for real estate and interior design have prompted the reinstatement of her license and a jump back into the industry. As an agent, Leyna loves helping people envision a home as it can be, not simply what it is.

Outside of real estate and occupational therapy, Leyna stays busy being a wife and mom. With three kids, she and her husband spend much of their time at ball games or playing outdoors. They also love to travel as a family. Whether they are headed to the beach or into the mountains, they enjoy time away with each other. The Morgans are lifelong residents of the River Valley.
